Strong retail experience & enthusiasm required. Responsibilities include running sales, one-on-one customer service, gaining strong familiarity with product, merchandising, maintaining store cleanliness, and regular team meetings. Please note that this is a 12-month position that requires availability during summer months and all school breaks.

Required Experience:

• Retail experience, preferably with knowledge of the toy industry
• Excellent visual observation skills
• Strong self-starting skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Interest in creating the best possible shopping experience
• Ability to learn computer skills required for website product upkeep
• Dedication to creating excellent customer experience
• Open to playing with toys and games to self-educate 
• Ability to lift heavy boxes
• Ability to climb short/tall ladders; agility to merchandise on retail floor and maintain organized overstock
• Willingness to take on custodial tasks to keep the retail environment clean and safe for customers and co-workers
