We had a private appointment today and we were so pleased with the safety measures in place. My parents are high risk and just wanted to take my son shopping for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. I will never shop in a big box store again. Liz has done an amazing job adapting and communicating to customers, delivering, and putting options and ideas online. She made these changes in record time! She helped make a pandemic birthday so much better by patiently communicating in secret to surprise someone in our house and delivering beautifully wrapped packages on that day.
